Overview
Schedule, run, and monitor every Job in your environment, from one console.
JAMS is a workload automation platform for Windows and cross-platform environments. Define a Job once, attach a Credential and a schedule, and JAMS runs it on the Scheduler or on a remote Agent, then gives you a live Monitor view and the run history you need when something has to be troubleshot.
What JAMS does
Everything in JAMS is built from a small set of parts that combine to run production workloads reliably:
- Jobs and Folders: The unit of work, and the way you organise hundreds of them without losing track. Folders also pass default properties down to the Jobs beneath them.
- Credentials: Who a Job runs as, stored once and reused across Jobs and Folders.
- Agents: Remote machines that execute Jobs, so the Scheduler never becomes a bottleneck. Windows, Linux, UNIX, OpenVMS, and more.
- The Monitor: A live view of every run, scheduled or ad hoc, with history for troubleshooting.
